The thing everyone wants to know is how do they claim to do it?
PowerCranks are basically independently working bike cranks. This means a riders left leg cannot help the right leg and vice versa in order to pedal the bike. Good pedal stroke must be employed as a rider training with PowerCranks cannot simply relax on the back stroke but must consciously raise the pedal using their hip flexor and hamstring muscles. This simple change ensures that the leg muscles will be more effectively trained becoming more balanced on both the right and left sides.
